14. Verify the two options under the General section are checked for secure

incoming and outgoing calls.

15. Navigate to the Video tab.

16. UNCHECK the Automatically receive video at the start of each call

checkbox. Click on the [OK] button.

17. From the Tools menu, select Remote Desktop Sharing. This will launch a

wizard.

18. Click the [Next] button.

19. Click the [Next] button.

20. When prompted with: “Do you want to enable a password-protected screen
